Cheesecake

4 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
8 eggs (at room temperature)
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Separate eggs.  Beat yolks with sugar until smooth, then add everything else except the egg whites.  Beat egg whites until fluffy then fold into the rest of the ingredients.

Bake in a spring form pan at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours.  Refreigerate.  Can be served plain or topped with some cherry pie filling or your favorite topping.
