Chocolate Icing For Pound Cake

2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine
12 large marshmallows
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, marshmallows and milk in saucepan; heat and boil for 5 minutes.


Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.  Cool to spreading consistency and spread over cake.
