Company Fruit Fluff

1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. cottage cheese or plain yogurt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (lemon, lime or orange)
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Drain pineapple in strainer.  Combine first three ingredients and blend well.   Fold in Cool Whip.  Refrigerate and chill thoroughly.  Stir before serving.  Serves 8 to 12.  (You can mix jello and cottage cheese first, let stand and then add rest).
