No Crust Egg Custard


1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk
nutmeg (sprinkle)
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour, then add butter; set aside.  Combine eggs, milk and vanilla.  Beat well.

Combine mixtures and blend well.  Pour into Pyrex dish that has been greased with butter.   Sprinkle with nutmeg sparingly.  Bake at 350.for 30 to 35 minutes.
