Pumpkin Cake


1 can (29 oz) pumpkin (not pie mix)
3 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, spices and milk in large bowl.  Spread into 9x13 baking dish.

In small bowl, combine dry cake mix with butter until crumbly.   Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.  Top with nuts.

Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.

Serve warm with whipped cream, if you like.
