24 Hour Salad

30 colored marshmallows, quartered (available at El Rey)
6 apples, diced
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 can pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Cook together egg yolk, sugar, flour and milk.  Cool, then add vinegar.  Mix well.  Combine applies, pineapple chunks andmarshmallows.   Pour sauce over fruit mixture.  Add whipped cream, toss and let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.
