Dad's Chili Sauce

12 large, ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3 green peppers, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 onions, diced
1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Put all ingredients into a Dutch oven and bring to a bil on high heat, then reduce to simmer, uncovered, for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until thick; stirring frequently to prevent scorching.  This sauce is especially great served over meat loaf.
