Greek Salad

1 head lettuce (small pieces)
2/3 stalk celery (thinly sliced)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. bacon (fried and crumbled)
1 onion (thinly sliced)
1 c. sour cream
1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp. white wine
Parmesan cheese

Best to use a large, flat dish rather than a bowl.  Layer ingredients as listed (reading left to right).  DON'T TOSS!  Let marinate for 6 hours.  Serve.
