Kilbourne Gardens Coleslaw

3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 small head cabbage,chopped

Mix dressing ingredients let stand at rom temperature 1 hour.  Pour over cabbage.   This coleslaw's simplicity is what makes it so good!

NOTE:  Recipe can be doubled or tripled as needed.   The dressing can be made in large quantities and kept in the refrigerator.
