Oriental Salad

1 can shrimp (or use fresh)
1 can bean sprouts (or fresh sprouts)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can Chinese noodles
1 can water chestnuts
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
 

Mix together, adding noodles just before serving.


Dressing:
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ginger
