Sauerkraut Slaw

l large jar sauerkraut
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 (#2) can French style green beans
1/2 c. shredded carrot
2/3 c. cider vinegar

Drain sauerkraut.  Toss together with beans, onions, green pepper and carrots.   Heat vinegar and sugar in saucepan, bring to a boil.  Let cool to room temperature.  Pour over kraut mixture.  Refrigerate overnight.
