Aunt Del's Oven Stew

2 lb. stew meat
5 or 6 carrots, cut up
3 to 6 potatoes, chopped (raw)
1 can beef broth
1 can tomato paste or sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. chopped celery
5 small cans mushrooms
1 large onion, big chunks
1 can water
3 tbsp. tapioca
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all together in a big 'ole stew pot and cook for five hours at 250.   FANTASTIC!
