Chicken And Bacon Roll-Ups

1 pkg. bonless chicken breasts (2)
2 green onions, diced
1 tub cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 strips bacon
1 tub sour cream
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. cooking wine, white

Combine sour cream, mushrooms, cream of mushrom soup and wine.

Cut chicken breasts in half, then lengthwise again to create 8 strips.  Tenderize with mallet to flatten breasts.  Spread each breast strip liberaly with cream cheese and sprinkle with chopped green onions.  Place 1/2 strip bacon on each breast strip.  Roll from narrow end of breast to the wide end and secure with a large toothpick.  Place rolls upright in a 9x9 baking dish, pour on sauce and cover with foil.

Bake for 1 hour at 350, removing foil for the last 15 minutes.  Sauce makes a tangy gravy for potatoes, noodles or rice.
