Cottage Pie

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium green pepper, diced
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 lb. boiled mashed potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
dash Worcestershire sauce

Saute meat, onion and green pepper.  Drain off excess fat and season with salt and pepper.  Add tomato sauce and seasonings.

Layer meat and potatoes in a deep caserole, beginning with meat and ending with potatoes.  Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.  Bake until brown on top at 350, for 20-30 minutes.
