Deviled Pork Chops

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
6 pork chops (1 1/2 inch thick)

Mix butter and seasonings to a paste and spread on chops.  Broil under broiler for a few minutes.  Remove and mix water into remaining sauce.  Pour over chops and cover with lid or aluminum foil.  Bake at 300 to 350 for 1 1/2 hours.  Serve with rice.  Skim possible fat from sauce before using.
