Flounder With Shrimp Sauce (Microwave)

4 flounder fillets (about 1 lb.)
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can small shrimp, drained
1/4 c. white wine or milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. white pepper

1.  Roll up flounder fillets and arrange fillets seam side down in an 8 inch baking dish.  Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl.  Spoon shrimp mixture over fillets.  Cover.

2.   Microwave at power level COOK for 7 1/2 to 9 minutes, or until fish is firm to the touch.  let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

Note:  Microwave cooking times may vary.   Fish is done when it flakes easily.  Do not overcook.  Also, local white fish such as corvina or dolphin are delicious prepared this quick and easy way.
