Ham Souffle

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tbsp. salt
1/8 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. milk
2 c. ground ham
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites

Make white sauce.  Bring to a boil.  Add bread crumbs, cook 2 minutes.  Add ham and well beaten egg yolks.  Fold in beaten whites.

Bake in greased dish 50 minutes in 350 oven.
