Stuffed Pork Chops

6 chops, cut with pork for stuffing
2 medium apples
2 stalks celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
2 small onions
1/2 tsp. pepper

Chop apples with peel on and mix with chopped onion, celery and seasonings.  Stuff chops and place in baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper and sage.  Cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.  Remove cover and brown.
