Southern Omelette

Line bottom of favorite pan with white sliced bread (health fanatics may use whole or cracked wheat).

Fry 1 pound loose, hot sausage and drain.  Put over bread.

Whip together:
6 eggs 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Pour over bread and sausage and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes and enjoy
