Spanish Rice In Casserole

1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. tomato puree
2 pimentos
1 small onion
2 tsp. oleo
3 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese

Wash rice, add to puree and water.  Cut the pimento and onion into pices and, along with the salt and oleo, add to rice, puree and water.  Boil together for 5 minutes.

Place in casserole and bake 1 hour in 400 oven.   Sprinkle cheese over toop and brown.
