|3 c. cooked, cubed
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice combination (cooked of course)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion, chopped
|1 c. mayonnaise
Tony Chachere's cajun crole seasoning to taste (available at Gago's)
1 medium jar pimento, sliced
2 c. French style green beans
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. Don't overbakecan dry out.
If planning to freeze it for later use, don't cook it first.
