Beef Stroganoff
Dredge 1 pound sirloin strips in: | |
1-2 tbsp. flour |
1 tsp. salt |
Brown in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove meat Saute 1 cup mushrooms, then: |

1/2 c. diced onions |
1 clove garlic |
Add: |
|
2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour |
1 tbsp. tomato paste |
Stir well. Add 1 1/4 cups beef broth. Before serving add: |
|
1 c. sour cream |
2 tbsp. sherry |
Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4. |
