Beef Stroganoff

Dredge 1 pound sirloin strips in:

1-2 tbsp. flour

1 tsp. salt

Brown in 2 tablespoons butter.  Remove meat
Saute 1 cup mushrooms, then:

1/2 c. diced onions

1 clove garlic

Add:

2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. tomato paste

Stir well.  Add 1 1/4 cups beef broth.  Before serving add:

1 c. sour cream

2 tbsp. sherry

Serve over rice or noodles.  Serves 4.
