Spinach And Artichokes

1 large bag frozen spinach
1 can drained, chopped artichokes
1/2 c. Parmesan
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 carton sour cream
salt and pepper


Cook and drain spinach according to package directions.  In 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish, mix spinach and remaining ingredients.  Microwave for eight minutes turning once halfway through cooking time.  Or, bake in 350F. oven for 20 minutes.
