So that the newest acquired crane, the Titan, can get to and from Gamboa Dredging Division to the Pacific Locks, the taller power line  towers had to be assembled on higher hills crossing the Canal at the south end of Cucaracha Reach.   This crane was transferred from the US Navy to the Panama Canal Commission.
