Iguana Mailing List

This mailing list is a discussion list about the Panama Canal.  Articles and stories about the Canal, reminiscing on growing up in Panama, and other relative subjects go over this list.  We welcome anyone with similar interests to join.   [Note: For those of you new to the world of mailing lists—posts sent via Iguana go to every member on the list.  So you will receive mail from people you do not know.  The traffic on Iguana is light, but if you do not want to receive mail from people you do not know then a mailing list is not the place for you.]

To Subscribe to the Iguana Mailing List:

Send an email to:

Majordomo@mail.datarealm.com

In the Subject Header, leave blank or just type a period
In the Body of the email, type:

subscribe iguana yourname@your.server     

For example:
subscribe iguana CZAngel@CZBrats.com

To Unsubscribe from Iguana:

In the Subject Header, leave blank or just type a period
In the Body of the email, type:

unsubscribe iguana yourname@your.server

Because Iguana is a closed mailing list (meaning, only Subscribers to Iguana, are able to 'post' to Iguana), first... your request must be approved, once that happens, you will receive a Welcome email... at which point, you will be subscribed to Iguana, and any postings will come to your email. If you wish to unsubscribe, that too must go thru the approval system (which is the List Owners . . . Lesley Hendricks (DiabloKid) and Virginia "Skeeter" Hirons (CZAngel) . . . if you have any problems with either function ... please contact us directly!
