Comments My husband Kenneth and I were stationed in Panama 1967-1972, retired on that date, drove back with daughter Marcia & Donald Thomas, to hometown Jefferson, TX Ou friend n Panama was Wally E.Bergh. He had retired from USAF and began work about 1969-70 for Pana Canal as traffic controller, then retired from that. We can't find him. Please help.

I am in the process of trying to locate all of my CHS 1979 Classmates in order to celebrate our 25th Reunion to be held during the Panama Canal Society Reunion (28 July -01 Aug 04) being held at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida. From an American who fell in love with Panama the very first moment I stepped off that big "Yellow Bird" at Howard AFB in 1968. My tour lasted only 10 months and ended way too soon. My wife and I vacationed in Panama in 1978 and cruised thru the Canal in 1999. We will retire in Panama in 2006.

Congratulations on Republic de Panama 100th Anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May Panama celebrate its 125th Anniversary in 2028 and may we be there to help celebrate.
