Cocoli Today

Cocoli Townsite is located on the west bank of the Panama Canal.  It was built in the 1930's to accommodate the workers involved in the Third Locks Project.   It was later turned over to the military to house civilian employees.  Today it has a fence around it and is a ghost town.   The houses are starting to fall apart.
