Ingredients:

Sirloin steak
Hottest salsa available
Sticks

Directions:

Place sirloin in freezer for 1 hour (this makes it easier to slice).  Slice thin strips cross grain and weave onto sticks. Marinate overnight in the salsa  Grill until done.

We do it this way at our yearly Panamanian dinner. Easy and Delicious!!
