Red Beans
with Bacon

Ingredients:
1 1 lb. can red beans
2 large onions, chopped
1 6-oz. can tomato sauce
Salt
4 oz. bacon (cut in small strips)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 bottle ketchup
olive oil
Directions:
Heat beans. In separate pan, fry the bacon; add chopped onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce
and one can of water. Mix with beans and add ketchip, olive oil, and salt.
