Won't Last
Nadine's Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
2 cups crushed bananas (preferrably overripe ones)
10 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
Directions:
A mixer is not needed for this cake. Put all of the dry ingredients in a large
bowl, then start adding the rest - bananas, pineapple, nuts and oil. Stir all together and
pour into a well greased & floured bundt pan or if preferred 2 loaf pans. Bake in 350
degree oven for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Turn bundt pan over
about 10 minutes after removing from the oven and put a thin glaze frosting while the cake
is still warm (if desired). This is a good way to use up left overripe bananas, and
it freezes well.
