A reminder! In order to reserve a room at the reunion hotel, Caribe Royale, you must be a member of the Panama Canal Society. You also have to be a member of the society to buy tickets for the society’s dances, luncheon and golf tournament.

You can get a membership application on the website
For those of you that have never attended a Panama Canal Reunion, most of the reunion is spent visiting with friends in the hotel lobby, around the pool, etc. To participate in this you do not have to be a member of the society. You can make reservations in surrounding hotels and come to the reunion hotel to see people.
You do not have to be a member of the society to attend our class reunion.
This website is for Orlando. You can find/make hotel reservations through it and get an idea of what’s available. It’s a great site and very easy to use.

Hi,
I was born in Gorgas Hospital, lived in Gamboa, my mother is Sara Scott my father was Capt. Thomas Scott (tugboat captain for the Panama Canal Commision), then moved to Chitre, then moved back to Panama city and went to BHS, I got married and am now living in Florida with my husband and two children.
All these pictures of home are making me very homesick, I have not been back since 1998. I really miss home & all my friends I left behind!!!
