Angels on Horseback

|1 pint large fresh oysters
12 slices bacon, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon slat
|1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
|1. Drain oysters. Lay an
oyster across 1/2 slice of bacon. Sprinkle each oyster with seasonings and parsley.
2. Roll entire strip of bacon around oyster and fasten with toothpicks.
3. Place oyster on a rack in a shallow baking dish. Bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Remove toothpicks and serve.
