D'Elidas Chombo Picante Sauce de Panama Baked Chicken

Douse 2.5 lbs. chicken parts with D'Elidas Chombo Picante Sauce De Panama. Then coat with a seasoning blend by Food Club (yes, it's generic, and it's the best) called "Seasoned For Chicken Roastin' Bag & Oven Gravy Mix."

Follow the oven directions on package. Take that sucker out of the oven, serve with yellow rice plus a veggie and you've got yourself a hearty, delicious and nutritious chombo meal that you'd swear you last had at a fonda in the middle of the city of Colon many, many years ago.
