Several cups chopped turkey
1 cup chopped onions
4 Tbsp butter
8 oz softened cream cheese
2 10 1/2 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
6 oz can broiled in butter sliced mushrooms
4 oz jar chopped roasted pimentos
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red/orange/yellow sweet peppers
2 Tbsp dry sherry
Salt and Pepper to taste


Cook chopped onion in butter. Blend in cream cheese, soup, and salt and pepper. Add turkey and rest of ingredients (include liquid from mushrooms). Bring to simmer and simmer until peppers are tender. Serve over hot biscuits or in little cooked pastry cups/shells.
